"Tv in room wasn’t working. They did send someone right away it was still annoying. Ice machine wasn’t working and no microwave on 7th floor. No ice machine on ground floor either. Water leaking from ceiling behind front desk and in to carpet on other floors. They did have caution signs up though. No front desk attendant when checking out but security was helpful. Valet parking is $50 per night and self park is about 2 blocks away at $25 per night."

"It is a classic old school hotel with an incredibly helpful staff. The Carousel Lounge is so much fun. Hard to get a seat on Friday or Saturday, but worth the wait if you can finally get in. My wife wanted a nice souvenir of our trip and called to ask if she could buy the logoed trash can in our room. They didn't even treat that as the crazy request it was and sold it to her. Can't say enough good things about our 3 night stay."

"Not having a microwave in the room was a huge inconvenience to guest. Also, did not offer tea only coffee. I caught a terrible cold from the flight and rain. Had to purchase box of tea at Walgreens and going to the lobby to warm up my cup od tea was exhausting 😩."

"When we checked in we were greeted by a lady named Neisha and let me tell you she made the whole stay absolutely amazing. She told us where to go get pizza, the best way to walk around the Quarters, she explain everything the hotel offered. All of the staff was beyond friendly and went out of their way to help anyway they could. 10/10. We will be staying here again."
