"Stayed with wife and 2 kids aged 11 and 8, hotel is 10 out of 10.. 1st time in NY was the perfect location.. everyone was super helpful and kind... hotel is really nice rooms are just as advertised would absolutely recomend and will stay here if ever back in NYC "

"When you have breakfast included and you have more than two guests in a room, they never mention just the first two are included and the rest are $50 each for breakfast. Not the front desk when you check in nor the staff that sits you down at the restaurant. They make money off not telling you that BIG detail. AND the buffet sucks. "

"The hotel was comfortable and respectfully clean and organized with great amenities in a fantastic location close to so many great things to see and experience. The only complaint I have is the heat was on high and there was little no circulation, even with the windows opened for the entire 3 nights we stayed. I asked to have this remedied many times and the staff was unobliging. It was nearly impossible to sleep with these conditions. I would never spend the money I spent to stay at this hotel again. "

"Room smelt like smoke and was really stuff, lack of ventilation. Bedroom floor was sticky and still dirty, would never walk on the floor with bare feet. Bathroom had mould and shower curtain was mouldy !!!!"
