Located conveniently at Victoria Station, all of London, and the UK itself, are just a few feet away. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. "Centrally located a short walking distance from Big Ben, Parliament Square, Westminster Abbey and the Underground….. staff insured every need was met."

"Other than having a fire alarm go off at one in the morning and we had to evacuate the building. And we didn’t know about the triathlon on Sunday, 10 August they need to notify the people staying there at least days in advance, if not weeks. We should’ve got compensated for fire that we didn’t see."
