"We had a very nice day at the hotel. We were there for just one night and we received very warmly professionally and when we left the next morning, the checkout process was straightforward. I did realize only too late that the location of the hotel makes it very tricky to get to New York City. Within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel we had to go through three toll booths. No fault of the hotel of course but the location does create this situation. Nevertheless, if you are not going to the city, I would still strongly recommend you stay in this hotel."

"This was a pleasant surprise when we happened to find it. The exterior and interior were well maintained. The room was nice and a generous size. It was comfortable and clean. Over 18 hours that we were there, we spoke with three different staff members. All of them were very friendly and accommodating. In short, when I make my next trip to New Jersey, I will make a reservation to stay at that particular location."

"Fairly clean. The bed linens seemed clean, but the carpet was gross and there was hair ob the bathroom wall behind the towel bar and on the back wall of the shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Pillows were good. The while place needs a refresh."

" We have stayed here in the past and never had any issues; however, this time we were very disappointed with our experience. During our stay, our room was never refreshed or cleaned. We personally asked the front desk twice to have our room cleaned, but no one ever came. At checkout, we voiced our concerns and were told that the manager would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. As Bonvoy members, we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. In addition, we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, and my husband even found bugs in the room. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will no longer be staying here when we visit Staten Island."
