"Friendly staff "

"Both my husband and myself found the hotel to be just perfect location walk to the beach ideal for children..especially in summer months. Breakfast was great ample choice. However we found our bedroom overlooking the garden a little sparce could do with additional decorative objects to give it more appeal.."

"We only stayed for one night. The room was nice and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom and towels could be cleaned a bit better. I would stay again in Marcham Hotel. "

"Beautiful room- clearly recently been redecorated, very comfortable. Swimming pool and jacuzzi very nice. Breakfast was good until I was served a gluten free sausage- raw in the middle! I was offered another but declined as I had already eaten the rest- I also didn’t want to risk food poisoning from raw pork."

"A feeling of being a little run down in some areas eg from the lift to the car park whilst the lift to the room, the corridor and the room itself were very good. "

"We loved the sea view in our room and the balcony. But I was ignored by two reception staff while waiting for over 10 mins, the second staff member didn’t acknowledge I was waiting. Plus house keeping walked in unannounced, when. "

"I was advised by staff at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel that their sister hotel, the Ocean View Hotel was closed due to maintenance. So I can not give you feedback for that stay. However, I was given a room at the Cottonwood Boutique Hotel instead. Normally when I stay at the Cottonwood Hotel it is for a break and I always book the ocean view room. I had stayed on the Friday and Saturday I was put in a small double at the back of the building, so decided to book a double at the Ocean View for...
