"Im going to be honest here; early check-in is not an option. Weve been made to wait 1.5hrs after check-in time, but were given bar vouchers so fair play on staff trying to make do. Shower sink took ages to clear water, room window was opening all the way (I was with 2 small kids). Hotel is old and in need of refurbishment. "

"Lovely place to spend a weekend in Bournemouth. Chose it for its proximity to Alum Chine beach. Having the pool was definitely a bonus and we made use of it every day. Breakfast was good too, nothing too fancy though. Good value for money! "

Unfortunately when we stayed there was building work happening on the establishment next door and each morning we were woken by the builders arriving, speaking loudly to each other and also swearing.we were not informed of this before we turned up!
