"I waited an hour for the check-in QR code but when I asked the staff, they just told me to wait. Although I had booked a room with a TV and a refrigerator, there was no refrigerator, and the TV cannot turn on. I tried calling the front desk to request a room change, but I couldn't get through for 30 minutes. Exhausted, I just gave up and stayed in the room as it was."
