Borneo Hotels with Hot Tubs

Hot water issue resolved

The hotel is very clean, all the staff are so friendly, they attend to our needs promptly and courteously. The beddings are fresh everyday. Our stay at the hotel is very relaxing and comfy... we really recommend this hotel👍👍

The bath tub in our room was out of order

Overall I liked the resort, it was comfortable and the villas were great. I just felt that there were some details that were overlooked that could've improved the experience. A concern as well would be the trash that ends up being drifted a shore. There wasn't too many so they should've done the initiative to sift these out when it reaches their property. The balcony could also use better lighting, it would be a nice area to chill during the night. We also found out that other amenities...

The stay itself was very comfortable. Like a lot of hotels, food offered within the resort was not so great but very pricey. The pool was great, the room was spacious and cleaned regularly. The view from our room was beautiful. We had a sea view room on the 5th floor. We were initially placed on the 2nd floor but the view was barely of the sea but of the other hotel rooms so we asked to be moved to a better room, which they assisted with. Wi-fi was weak.

One of the best vacation feels in our lives. Staff are friendly and their food is great. Thanks Pacific Sutera, will surely come back!

Superb!! Nothing but perfect ambiance and everything you need as a traveller is there. Thank you for the nice accommodation

Internet connectivity is quite bad. Request for ice cubes did not arrive despite several follow ups. Alcohol sanitizer near the elevators not dispensing for several days.
