"Good location right next to spring mall. It has a shuttle into the centre of the city too. Easy for grab pick up to go into any of the national parks. Rooms are simple but clean. Kitchen is fine to use. Staff are pleasant. It’s not luxury but absolutely fine for a trip here."
"Staying up in the mountains, you have to accept that you will have insect visitors come in your room. The host gave us a spray to help the insects leave. The host kept our room clean and gave fresh towels. They helped us build our itinerary. I had to have some milk and food for my young kids and they let me use their fridge. Dog was friendly."

Odd smell permeated the whole apartment. Lots of stray hairs on the floor. Microwave not working. Remote controls all have dead batteries. Sofa was dirty. TV connection extremely bad - "blizzard screen".

The service is outstanding from start to finish. The staff at reception, as well as the team in the breakfast area, are exceptionally professional, attentive, and welcoming. The entire hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for to a very high standard.
The breakfast selection is impressive, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious dishes to suit every taste. The food is continuously replenished, so everything remains fresh and beautifully presented. There is something for everyone.
The restaurant by the pool is also highly recommended. Both lunch and dinner were delicious, with excellent food and a lovely atmosphere.
The pool area is very well maintained, with clean towels always available and the floors being cleaned regularly throughout the day.
