The Lind Boracay

"My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at The Lind Boracay. The resort sits on a stunning stretch of White Beach with soft white sand and crystal-clear water. The staff were exceptionally warm and attentive, the food was delicious throughout our stay, and the overall experience was memorable. However, I want to leave a factual warning regarding the incidental deposit handling for guests using multi-currency debit cards like Wise. At check-in, a 15,000 PHP deposit hold was placed on my card. At checkout, staff advised that switching the incidental payment to a debit card transaction would return the funds faster. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The system hold remained pending on Wise's end, and despite the hotel issuing a cancellation certificate, the funds were frozen for the maximum 30-day window and only just released today. For future guests, I strongly recommend paying your deposit in cash or using a standard credit card to avoid having your funds locked up for a month. Outside of that 1 negative, it was a good experience, and we truly enjoyed our time at the resort."

"I can’t recommend this hotel enough, the staff is so helpful and sweet. In this opportunity I was solo traveling, and the experience was just amazing Before the check in since the transportation to the hotel, it was so easy and effortless I basically don’t remember any time I have had to lift a single thing They allowed me to have my room earlier, there is no zebra crossing in the island but there is a guard that makes sure you make it to the other side all the time Staff is so polite in all the ways and btw everyone speaks English in the island so comes really helpful The room was amazing, I had the ones in the first floor with direct access pool, the bathroom is clean and it has everything you need so if you are traveling without an amenity set, there is nothing to worry about I didn’t even bring sandals because I forgot but the hotel provides some The hotel also arranges different activities. It is important to mention that I chose to stay only for 3 days because I was not sure what to do besides going to the beach and the pool, but the hotel offers a wide option book of activities Like parasailing, sunset sailing, kayak and much more, there is even a helicopter ride tour of the island So staying only 3 days was such a mistake There is so much to do and the facilities and people is so nice I would suggest staying at least 1 week, there is even massage by the pool and the hotel restaurant is great! There is live music every night I would be comming back forsure"

"We never use the big pool,i booked the room that with pool access and we didnt swim that much too cause there was a guest that swimming in front of our room ,and in the morning it was so noisy in the pool .I asked the staff they said anybody can swim in there.i thought we just the only one can accesss the pool.thsts why even it was more expensive i booked it.but the staff was all excellent"
