"An excellent hotel. We stayed here for five nights in November as a base to explore the city and surrounding area. Check-in and check-out were fast and efficient, service was excellent throughout our stay, and the staff were always friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is well located, right next to a Metro station and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. It is on a busy main road however we didn’t hear any noise during our stay, and our room was facing the road. There was construction work taking place next to the hotel, but that was not noticeable or disruptive (for us). Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom with a robot toilet and Japanese-style bathtub. Complimentary water was provided in the room and restocked daily, as well as slippers and toiletries. The air conditioning was quiet and easy to use. There was also a fridge, kettle and safe. The only in-room feature we didn’t like was the AI speaker/listening device on the bedside table, which we unplugged during our stay. I do not think it is appropriate to have these in hotel rooms. On our final night we had a meal in the hotel restaurant. This was reasonably priced and very good quality. A good option if you’re feeling lazy/want a pizza. We would definitely stay again."

"2nd visit - 2nd time satisfied. I actually love this hotel. The location is very central and close to markets and grocery stores. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large with added amenities plus are clean and welcoming. The breakfast is probably the best we have had in Taiwan - especially the fresh & crunchy salads and dan dan noodles. Gotta love the daily bag for self-yourself candies. You can’t go wrong here!"
