"Overall, the stay itself was decent, but my experience with the luggage staff at the end left a bad impression. I didn’t have enough cash to tip, and after picking up my bags I overheard comments about not receiving a tip and felt mocked by one of the staff members. It made the situation uncomfortable and negatively affected my overall experience."

"Check in lines were horribly long make sure you have the Hotel reservation code to check in by kiosk. Cons, containers of body wash, shampoo & conditioner were empty. Only one towel. The fire alarm detector in our room beeped all night long, called to get it fixed no one came. No hot water. Little shower pressure. Pros, room was clean and bed was comfortable"

"Hôtel had issue with bad odor (sewer) in the room. They came and added some liquid in all drains but it was still smelly a fews later. "

"The pool was closed and only open Friday Saturday and Sunday. No coffee makers in the rooms. Food is outrageously expensive so pack a lunch. The location was fine but I will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever again. If you would like to enjoy the pool while you are there, just ask if and when the pool will be open while you are there. They did say that we could use the pool at other hotels in the area so I thought that would be ok because we are residents at this hotel but quickly learned that anyone at any time could use the facilities in these resorts so imagine how crowded the pools were. Make sure you ask all the questions you wouldn’t think you would have to ask if you would like to stay at this hotel. Good luck!"

"Parking was terrific. Plenty and close to the lobby. The rooms were much cleaner than we expected. The hallway to the room was very dated but considering what I paid for the room, we are very satisfied."

"Our room was never cleaned although it was requested and the front desk checking us out told us that it's dependant on their staff availability. This was something we have never experienced before. We will NOT be staying at any Caesars hotels in the futre."
