"The room was damp and wet , window broken. Not ideal did report thwy changed sheets but the sheets were damp every morning "

"Although I did not take a pet, I did notice a jar of dog treats that made it clear pets were welcome. My room was clean generous, with a view of the lake, and tea, biscuits and cartons of water replenished daily. Breakfast was varied with fun touches, and the staff really were great."

"Clean rooms. Need to be careful with stepping into the shower room. Can be a trip hazard if your going to the loo at night and forget the step. "

"Room was clean and functional. Bar area was small but ok as wasn’t too busy. Too many emails and texts for check in and door code wasn’t received so still had to wait at reception to get that. We were going to use the pool but at £12 per person it was not worth it - there should at least be a concession rate for hotel guests. A functional stay but couldn’t consider it a good one. "
