The only issue we had was unfortunately with one of the other guests at the hotel, which is obviously completely out of the hotel hands but due to shouting, banging and crashing from 6am, and the police arriving it ruined our stay. "Room was lovely and clean. Lifts were a bit of a nightmare even though there were 4! Checked in at 3.20 and rooms weren't ready but they gave us ones that were. Went for breakfast at 8.45 and luckily missed the huge queue that formed behind us. Full english breakfast, cereal, fruit toast, croissants, make your own waffles which were a hit with the kids, juice, water coffee etc, great for free! Would recommend for the price and would go again!"
