Having stayed here previously, i chose this hotel versus others more central to Birmingham. An easy walk from Jewellery Quarter rail station. The room was smart, clean & comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay with my partner on a Saturday night. Hotel was clean, friendly, unique and very charming. Very happy with your stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Birmingham.

Property was beautiful, Gemma on reception was really lovely. Loved my room, thought tea and coffee bits were nice. Interesting area, good breakfast selection. Really impressed overall.

Lovely room and friendly check in. Shame the room was very noisy with band playing underneath until 12ish. Got charged incorrectly for the booking but that was sorted after a few days

Lovely stay

The townhouse is unique, the decor was lovely with great amenities. The staff were welcoming friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and the continental breakfast in the adjoined bar. The second floor landing is somewhat crumbly but it is an added charm. Eco friendly too!

How it felt like it was in the middle of no where. I thought there be an issue it being next to the pub but that made it perfect. When they had the dj i wont lie i had a dance. Once the pub closed it was so quiet. We enjoyed our time at the hotel so much. There was no one there when we checked out and the pub was closed so we left the key on the desk which we hoped was okay. We will come again

Did not sleep for 2 nights the 1st the ceiling came down the floor above fire alarms w.2en1t off at 12.30PM a lot of noise and commotion I had to ask what was happening 2nd night 1.10 3 people where in/out making a lot of noise I had to get up and remind them I was trying to sleep. Very dissapointed with stay set against the cost for 2 nights.

Noisy stay

Great hotel, with character, and a very good pub with excellent food next door (part of the hotel). The reason for the low rating is the noise. I was allocated a ground floor room between reception and the front door, with large windows looking out into the pub's terrace. Drinkers at the table outside the window could touch it. The noise from the drinkers (nothing outrageous, just having a good time) was very disturbing throughout the evening, until 1130 both nights of my stay. Unfortunately I was there to work and not to party! It was obvious when I checked in that it would be noisy, so I asked for another room but was told there was nothing available. It might be ok in winter, but in fine weather the front two rooms will always be noisy. Guests should be warned, or possibly those rooms used for another purpose.

Excellent stay in this lovely big town house. Very clean too. Tea and coffee in the room also and continental breakfast served in the ajoining pub. 15 min walk to Ulitita Arena too.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the look of the hotel and our bedroom, was very comfortable and satisfactory. Had all that we needed and was just an overall great place to say at for our weekend trip.

Easy, friendly check-in and nice room. Fab bathroom. Great to have an 'on-the-go' breakfast available in the morning (yoghurt, fruit & porridge pot). Bit of a walk from New Street station but I enjoy walking so fine for me. Pleasant walk into the town (20 - 30 mins) The only down side for me was the noise from the Button Factory next door which I thought may be quieter on a Monday night. I should imagine it's a nice vibe if you're wanting to eat there or have a drink (looked nice inside and with rooftop terrace) but not so great when you have an early start for work and need to get some sleep! Would stay again but ask for a quieter room if possible.

Loved this Boutique Townhouse!

What a gem! Easy and efficient check in, room was beautifully finished and styled - the free-standing bath in the room is a luxury feature. I loved all the ceiling and wall achitraves, and the attention to detail was immaculate. Very comfortable furnishings, bed included. Centrally located, short walk to Utilita Arena and Town centre. No onsite parking but a local carpark was less than a 5 minute walk which priced at the same as the other hotels' parking options in the area. Would definitely return if visiting again.
