"This is an excellent place to stay in Blackheath. It's a short walk from the train station, and close to everything I was looking for. Although an older building, it's well-maintained, clean, and nicely renovated. The hot breakfast is very good. Really enjoyed the variety. Staff members (including breakfast servers) are courteous and friendly. I plan to stay there again during my next swing through Blackheath!"

"I was assigned a room 1130. Once inside room looked until I needed to go to toilet and I saw the toilet seat was dirty. Someone had gone before me in the toilet probably a men as the seat was disgusting. I called the reception and they came after sometime and gave me another room. 3052 which was better but the toilet was for disable people, just a strange room exchange. Made me feel unconfortable."

"My stay was perfect. I stayed 8 nights. The room was immaculate and the staff was great. The hotel is beautiful. Every morning staff came by with coffee or water. I will be back in the Spring and look forward to having breakfast as well as afternoon tea there. It could not have been better. I was in the Dante room which was perfect. I’ll be seeing you again!!!! "
