Great stay as always

This is my regular go to hotel when visiting Essex/London. Very easy to get to, just off the M25 and very close to Lakeside Shopping Centre. There is plenty of parking. Check in is quick. Rooms are spacious and clean with a well stocked complimentary tea tray and complimentary toiletries. Bed is comfortable and shower is great. Staff are all very nice and friendly, especially Donna, Kirsty, Jamie and Theresa who always make you feel like a friend more than a guest. Will definitely be back again soon.

Staff are great, room very well equipped. Only 2 things let the room down. The floorboard above are very noisy and there were no light switches around the bed. You have to get out of bed to switch the lights off next to the door.

Staff here are always very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Ample on-site parking. Good Wi-Fi. Restaurant and bar on site is nice with reasonable prices. Lakeside Shopping Centre is only a short drive/bus ride away. Chafford Hundred Train Station is also close by with frequent trains to London and Southend.
