"When we pulled up it looked like a construction zone I honestly didn’t think we were at the right place. It was Ramadan and the loud speakers were on full blast all night long and the staff were having a party in the restaurant/rec room right beside our room singing with microphones and playing drums and electric guitars so we didn’t sleep at all, we were also the only guests at the resort. "Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street.
