"I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food and drink were good. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible. My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room. The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage. Both rooms had terrible sound proof....

I had the same room as someone who was complaining about noisy people in front of the door, where the smoking area was, there was one guy watching/listening very loud on his phone to Korean drama, I politely asked him if he understands Korean, and of course he said no, so I asked why he needs to have the volume all the...

"the hotel is to the standard you would presume for a 2 star hotel. you get what you paid for.. breakfast served at la chill was good but dont ask for any drink even water because you wont get it. I was served tap water... room was big but bathroom is very dirty, towels were horrible (take your own!) and house keeping didnt come our whole stay! very good location though, although a lot of noise from the restaurant till very late!"

"Unable to find accomodation, no signage, address leads to a different hotel. Walked blocks and blocks around mapped location. No response from property. Frustrating in the heat with a small child. Never had this experience anywhere, no effort from homestay to contact myself when check in did not occur."
