"First time staying here, chose for the location. Excellent customer service on arrival, communal bar area a lovely addition with a pool table. We were able to order food although it was quite late and the food came out well presented. Despite being a big hotel it was very quiet. "

Al personale dell'hotel poi pare dare solo fastidio. A disaster. The room was large, but dusty and dirty. The whole hotel was dirty. Not to mention the neighborhood. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The hotel staff seemed annoyed by us. Un desastre. La habitación era grande, pero polvorienta y sucia. Todo el hotel estaba sucio. Por no hablar...

"I appreciate that its just the owners trying to make money but the place is not fit for purpose. Granted, it was cheap but thats no excuse for the condition of the place. I was working on the assumption that Hotels.com/Expedia had a basic standard of accomidation and cheap and chearful this place wasnt."

"Wonderful hotel and friendly staff. Really enjoyed my stay at this Hotel. The breakfast was delicious and it wasn’t the usual buffett, they seat you down and there is breakfast menu, place the order and they make it fresh which was a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel next time. Thank you for making my stay a wonderful experience "
