The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Perfect location if you want a quiet Bosphorus experience while still being close to the subway 🚇 and easy access to the city. Waking up near the water with fresh air and calm streets was exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Istanbul 🤍"

"The hotel is in a very out of the way location, half way down a very steep hill. There is no town around to explore, although there is a very nice cafe, with good priced authentic turkish food a few blocks up the hill. The hotel menu is adequate, but priced in Euros and pricey for Turkey. There is an Aeroport shuttle, Priced at 30 Euros for flights. The hotel is clean, modern, and bland. Good for an overnight stop, not a destination."

"Liquid soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty and was not filled for two days, until we left a note asking for replenishment. AC was a puzzle to operate. There was no written document on how to operate the AC, and during our stay we had to call the reception twice for help. The technician was not able to clearly explain how to operate it."

"We had a room with a small terrace opening to the pool, which was still in the process of being opened. Staff generally were helpful and attentive, with the exception of the lobby bar where it was always a struggle to get someone to serve. Housekeeping and room service were excellent"
