"The property and staff was amazing, even when we didn't understand the "lighting" concept of the do not disturb, when I asked why house cleaning didn't come, they were so patient and immediately came to clean the room, for I was so appreciative. Room service and even security were amazing, so nice and patient. I would definitely begin my trip to Istanbul with this hotel again in the future, nothing compares even as we try different areas within Istanbul."

There was no written document on how to operate the AC, and during our stay we had to call the reception twice for help. The technician was not able to clearly explain how to operate it."
