"The room was very clean and the staff was excellent! We needed more bath towels and the staff got it for us right away. The only issue we had was that in the early morning hours, there was loud banging on the exterior door 3 or 4 times within 20 minute period! So weird?"

"The front staff was a young lady with a smile and she was very helpful. The room was clean. The only thing about this hotel is the service at the bar, as they can see you but do not come to you to ask if you want anything. You wait long as you have to call one of them when you see them passing by."

"Gorgeous property, Richard is so hospitable. Comfortable tents, luxury bathroom, stocked with everything that you might need. Adjacent to the botanical garden and convenient to everything (recommended to rent a car)."
