"This beach is amazing & this is one of the nicest places here. Wi-Fi works well. The food is great & everyone who works here is really fun & friendly. No problem finding staff around when you need something (except in the middle of the night there is only a night watch person but no supplies or drinks or anything). This section of the beach is nice as well because it is pretty centrally located yet not as raucous as some other areas either with families during the day or parties at night."

"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors.
On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

"I wish I could give this 1000 stars. The best resort, service & location I have ever encountered in all my travels . Sofitel baru ia a true oasis, you arrive by boat and there are no other resorts - nothing but jungle for miles. We felt like we were on White Lotus lol. The staff is unmatched , attentive & sweet. The resort itself never felt crowded , we would see maybe 4 others groups during the day . Always had loungers at beach or pool. The grounds & the room were to die for , the height of luxury . Would go again and again. "
"The hotel was very well-equipped, and the staff were very kind and respectful. The housekeeping staff were very professional; they left the room clean every day and were extremely attentive to the guests' needs. The only thing I would have liked to improve was the hotel's facade; painting the outside would have made it look better."
