"This beach is amazing & this is one of the nicest places here. Wi-Fi works well. The food is great & everyone who works here is really fun & friendly. No problem finding staff around when you need something (except in the middle of the night there is only a night watch person but no supplies or drinks or anything). This section of the beach is nice as well because it is pretty centrally located yet not as raucous as some other areas either with families during the day or parties at night."
"Fantastic staff, comfortable and cool room and bed, delicious food, gorgeous beach and sea views. Oswaldo was wonderful - when my suitcase was lost on arrival he helped me take a boat to a place to buy cheap clothes. "
"Enjoyed my two-night stay at Nena Beach Resort Hotel. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and has air conditioning and nice pool area. The walk from parking is tricky, and there are lots of local vendors trying to sell you. It’s a great spot if you want a nature-focused, local-living experience."

"Hay ratas.. "La Negra" como le dicen a la persona responsable del lugar, brilla por su ausencia. Cuando le dijimos que había ratas en la habitacion nos dijo que ella iba a solucionarlo y despues no la vimos mas hasta que nos fuimos.
Quisimos tomar algo en el "bar" del lugar y nos dijeron que no tenian nada, que fueramos a otro.
Un desastre!!"

-Il faut reclamer pour obtenir de l eau et de l Électricité
-le groupe electrogene peut fonctionner jusqu a 4 heure du matin
-probleme de communication / ils ont voulu nous faire payer 2x
- le petit déjeuner (inclu) n est jamais arrivé

There was no “Tranquility” at Freedom Beach. Not anything near what was expected. The only quiet time is after 20:00 hours when the crowds which start arriving at 9:00, have gone home. Disappointed. The bathroom was so poor, I couldn’t take a shower or sit on the toilet. "
"We had an amazing time. Very beautiful pool and hot tub, great scenery and very peaceful. The staff was great.. specialty drinks made for us with fresh fruits and the meals were really good. Anaho is just a 20 minutes boat ride from Cartagena. "
"The staff was super kind and helpful, they have a transfer service from and to the city by boat between 10am and 5pm. The cabin I chose had AC and the bar has quite a nice menu for food and drinks. Basic amenities but just fine, the guys will help you in whatever way they can and you won't be pestered so much by vendors.
On the other hand, they should think about installing some catch-fly lights cause insects can be really annoying, especially when eating."

The only downside is they have a generator for the electricity & not only is noisy but they turn them on & off & you lose power for a couple of minutes.
Also the rooms are very small but good for 2 grown ups.
