"Great staff,especially the people helping u at the front door. The property is very clean and the pool is amazing. Directly across the street from the beach and around the corner from many restaurants and money exchange locations. The room is really really nice,but stay away from the mini bar in the fridge. It will cost u an arm and leg upon leaving. Overall,very friendly, clean,great staff,who will provide help around the clock. Its Definitely a must stay..."

"Nuestra experiencia en el hotel Fénix Beach siempre ha sido espectacular. Desde el momento en que llegas, el lugar transmite tranquilidad, buena energía y una vibra perfecta para desconectarse de la rutina y realmente descansar. El ambiente es increíble. La combinación de la playa, la música, los espacios del hotel y la atención hacen que la experiencia se sienta muy especial. Es de esos lugares donde uno puede simplemente relajarse, disfrutar el momento y pasar tiempo de calidad en pareja. El servicio merece una mención aparte porque todo el personal es extremadamente amable y atento. Siempre están pendientes de cada detalle y hacen que uno se sienta bien recibido durante toda la estadía. La comida también es deliciosa. Definitivamente se ha convertido en uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos en Cartagena para escaparnos unos días, descansar, disfrutar juntos y salir renovados. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. "Awful! It seems like they are not welcome at all. When we’ve arrived they started to record us secretly + they don’t even have a reception. I cannot understand if it’s a hotel or something else. Rooms are terrible, while they were showing us the rooms they were also recording our voices,WHY???"
