"This was the perfect hotel for us. We loved how walkable everything was when we left the hotel. Attractions, sights, restaurants, coffee, shopping, bars, casino, Oxxo, culture, grocery and much more were right out the front door of the hotel. We found that fantastic. As much as we enjoyed our time at the pools and beach it was great to be so close to so many things to do. Only can we used all week was to the airport. Only slight negative was th food at hotel was just average but didn’t bother us because once we learned how close the hotel was to so many great places to eat we decided to eat out every night. As a couple I do not even think we will go all inclusive at the hotel next time. So many cheap and great dining options in very easy walking distance. Also if you drink there is lots of bars and liquor stores close to buy cheap alcohol to take to your room. I would use the saved money on going all inclusive to explore the area right out the front door. We will forsure go back."

"Overall a very good experience. Good dining options. Jacuzzi very large but otherwise lacking. Not hot enough and too shallow. Hotel does not have a sauna, I guess in a warm climate not too interesting."

I want to make a special shout out to Hector he provided the best service i have had in a hotel ever he deserves a raise or a promotion he puts in the extra work is extremely kind and has provided us with the best local spots, went out of his way to get us food and water from nearby markets multiple times and stayed past his shift to help us find places and things to do during the nightlife not only the amazing service this hotel has great food drinks and amenities highly recommended. Clemente and Miguel provide amazing service at the pool and made our stay fantastic recommend"

"Staff are great….friendly, accommodating, very responsive. Room very clean, good size. Breakfast was just fine. Recommend that bottle water be provided in the room, especially the day of arrival, since guests may not have water and tap water is not drinkable."
