"I have mixed feelings about my stay at The Tower Hotel. I paid extra for a Tower Bridge view room, but instead received a room overlooking the wharf with only a partial side view of the bridge, which was further obstructed by air conditioning units. I raised my concern at check-in but was told I still had a bridge view. Unfortunately, this was not the direct, front-facing view I had paid for, and it felt misleading. I chose not to let it ruin the first day of our vacation. The room itself was dated, with worn furniture, a broken dresser, a damaged mirror, and an outdated bathroom. However, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the location was outstanding. I also purchased the daily breakfast buffet package. On the first morning, I found what appeared to be a fake eyelash in my scrambled eggs. I threw my meal away and avoided the buffet for the rest of my stay, choosing to eat next door instead. I wish I had not purchased the breakfast package. Despite these disappointments, the staff truly made the stay memorable. The concierge team, especially Ramos, went above and beyond to help us arrange our Stonehenge tour, transportation, and navigate the Tube. The restaurant staff were also warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. The exceptional customer service and unbeatable location helped make up for the condition of the room. I would stay here again for the location and staff, but I hope the hotel updates its rooms and improves breakfast quality control."

"Stayed here four nights on a recent trip to London (June 2026). The friendliest, most welcoming staff. Room (two beds) was spacious enough, well-appointed, and very clean. Shower was great (particularly the water pressure). Appreciated the location close to Liverpool Station. Only reservation is that because it seems to be a hub for "remote workers", that the lobby can feel a bit crowded — especially at check-in/check-out times (lack of places to sit while waiting). But a great first experence and we would definitely stay again should our travels take us to London."

"This hotel is unique. Eccentric but top quality. On this, my second stay I was delighted to meet the owner who was overseeing breakfast and congratulated him on his amazing hotel. Every room is unique and dedicated to a famous person such as Che Guevara or Ada Lovelace. The breakfast is amazing: so much variety and top quality. There is a lovely roof area for drinks and also spa facilities. It is near Limehouse station and the 15 bus stops outside thus connecting from Aldwych...we used it as close to City Airport, 25 minutes away by DLR."
