"We had a fantastic air conditioned room. Staff were all very friendly. Hotel is very large and spacious. Reception are is lovely too. Location is perfect for walking and the tube/DRL are within 10 minutes walk."

"The hostel/hotel surpassed our expectations. Great location to reach Canary Wharf via Thames ferry (included). Nice area to stay when in London. Took advantage of the (free) secure luggage storage facility, for the day following our stay. I’m no plumber of electrician but I’m quite certain that water should not ever drip from any ceiling fixture, as we found late in the evening occurring in our bathroom! I informed them of it, upon check out, and only mention it because I recall reading an earlier review that mentioned a similar incident. Hopefully they attend to this problem. We would stay there again since it was decent value for money."
