We came for the Dave Myers ride out . 45.000 people on motorbikes . The people of barrow welcomed everyone. Such a great experience. Found a fantastic little restaurant called Hive . Serves small plates . Fledgling business but great food .

Good
Didn't explore much aside from one local pub (Brown Cow, Dalton) and a breezy walk on Walney Island

Excellent
People of Barrow so warm and friendly. They really embraced the charity weekend.
"WiFi was fine with no issues, food was lovely, drinks a bit overpriced so didn’t buy any. Very clean hotel all over. Reception efficient and spotless. Room was nicely decorated and very clean. Fridge in room was a nice surprise and air con was fantastic. Breakfast was very good too. Overall we had a great stay, felt impressed and that it was excellent value for money. We particularly liked the high standards "
"The hotel was very grand. Nice and comfortable furniture. Having to pay for a meal in the evening was a bit expensive and the same menu each night. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and evening meal were very nice and weren't too filling which is good."
"Lovely breakfast plenty of choice
Comfortable bed but a little bit warm window was already open on arrival which suggests to me that it is too hot but overall "
"Will definitely be back here! Room clean and very comfortable, staff were lovely and so good with my little boy. Walk out the hotel and the beach is on your door step, can understand why it was fully booked!"
