Very bad terrible stay and the reviews are fake

Terrible stay First of all,no one help you with your luggage you have to take the trolley by yourself,and it is not get in the room ,the room entrance tiny. Secondly,when you turn the sink water you hear noise coming from drain and pumping. Thirdly,there is insects in the bathtub. Lastly,only one time complimentary water in your room.
