Our room was clean and spacious. I loved the modern bathroom, high ceiling and decoration of the room. The sofa bed for our two children wasn’t very comfortable and was very creaky. The location was great for getting around Barcelona.

The property was in a fabulous location, within walkable distance from many attraction as well as transport. The building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are a lovely mix of modern and traditional features. I was a little apprehensive about the reception being unmanned sometimes, however the instructions for check in were so clear and easy to follow and the self check in was smooth and easy. All staff I did see at times were friendly and answered questions if needed. Overall a fabulous stay in a wonderful building. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was great….. old and quaint which was lovely. Room was spacious with good facilities. Only comment I would point out is your room is not serviced….. no new towels etc. Other than that place was great

Great place to stay especially with a family, very new and clean and great location walkable to many sights. The check-in is the only tricky thing since these apart-hotels don't really have a lobby and are not staffed if you arrive before 3 pm. It wasn't obvious that you had to go up a level in the building to get to the hotel.

Great studio with kitchenette

We appreciated having the kitchenette for our five day stay. It had the basics for cooking and eating. There was good communication from the person at reception about when the door to the balcony would be repaired. High ceilings, spacious bathroom and a quiet stay, plus filtered water in the water fountain in the common area.

Great city, so so hotel.

This was our first stop on our 2 1/2 week trip and 2nd time visiting this gorgeous city. The place was very conveniently located particularly to sites, restaurants and grocery stores in a lovely neighborhood. The room was very spacious, lived a balcony and high ceilings. Down side was not having a proper check in situation, language barrier was an issue, needed an available staff person, room that desperately needed a make over as it’s very worn. Otherwise we were quite pleased.
