Ho soggiornato in una stanza quadrupla con tre amiche. La struttura è rinnovata e la stanza era molto carina. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile h24. Posizione centralissima nel centro storico, ci siamo mosse prevalentemente a piedi! Buona colazione. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, ci tornerò sicuramente!

Die Lage ist für einen Sightseeing-Tripp perfekt. Die Straße wird nachmittags zur Fußgängerzone und auch wenn es voller vor der Tür wird, sind die Fenstern lärmisoliert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen wieder!

I paid the price of "Economy Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds" for one person to stay, but I got a "Single Room". When I checked with the staff, I was told in their system I booked a "Single Room", but when I showed them the picture of "Economy Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds" of my reservation, I was told they based on the room type. I disagree, I told them when I saw “Single room”, I thought it might mean single person to stay in the hotel, as a traveller, I didn’t care too much what’s a room is called, I only pay attention if the picture of the room was I looking for. Then the staff and I tried to book again to see the outcome from booking Single room vs Twin room. We found if we book a "Single Room" it would show the picture of "Single Room" and if we book "Economy Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds", and it will show “"Economy Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds". Right now, my case is I paid "Economy Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds" with the picture of "Economy Twin Room, 2 Twin Beds", but it showed “Single room” in the detail. I think something might be wrong with system, but I am not the person to pay the error. I need get the different between the Single and Economy Twin.

Although Hotel Fernando has tiny rooms, the hotel could not be more comfortable. Although it is on a main street, the rooms are quiet. The staff went out of their way to answer questions, and the locale is within a five minute walk of everything in the Gothic Quarter. Unfortunately, I had my wallet stolen in the last few hours of my time there, and the staff were kind and helpful as I worked on reporting the issue. The breakfast was wonderful, except there were no gluten free options gor bread, and I had checked om this before leaving. It is a great place to call temporary home while exploring Barcelona.

The worst hostel we visited in years. The aircon turns off without a reason again and again. The towels for shower so unclean and in one case, it has other's body hair on it. The room is super filthy.
