"Big beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, spotlessly clean. Very kind and helpful staff. One person in particular went over and above for us during breakfast, and we felt really well cared for by her especially. The housekeeping staff are also very good at their jobs. Loved the pool and the fact that it stays open into the late evening. The surrounding area is not the most pretty, but it doesn't matter, we liked the local feel and being away from the crowds. There are nice places to eat, convenience stores and subway stations a short walk away. This hotel was a great choice for our family trip to Taiwan and we would stay here again for sure. "

"This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome — they were incredibly friendly and truly went out of their way to help in any way they could. Our room was spotless and spacious, with an absolutely stunning view of the city and the mountains in the background. Waking up to that view every morning was such a treat. The food at the hotel was excellent — everything we tried was fresh and delicious. And I can’t forget to mention the rooftop pool! What an incredible spot to relax and take in the scenery. The location couldn’t have been better — you’re right next to public transportation, the bullet train, and surrounded by endless restaurant options.
