Staff was welcoming. We paid extra for our dog but didn't get a water bowl or anything else advertised by Sonesta. Very limited food options in the immediate area of the hotel, and lots of homeless people on the street.

Parking was super easy because it was valet. $45. The hotel was close to everything though, and we were able to walk everywhere or ride Lime scooters. Even easy walk to the stadiums!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference and created a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. The hotel itself was spotless — from the lobby to the rooms, everything was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. We stayed at the Sonesta Hotel while visiting Baltimore for a Ravens game and an Orioles game. The location was perfect—just a short walk to both M&T Bank Stadium and Oriole Park at Camden Yards. It’s also right across from the Inner Harbor, making it easy to enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby. Once we parked the car, we never needed it again since everything was within walking distance. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.
