"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"Quirky hotel. Rooms very comfortably and homely. Right next to arena which is very handy if you are going to the concert, but can be a little annoying if you are not. There was a dance party on a Saturday night and the deep bass thump thump was coming through the room… I would guess this didnt happen often and no fault of the hotel"

"We had a great stay! We had to have two separate rooms for the 5 of us, but they kept us close together. Rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic! We were close to everything we wanted to see in Hamburg! We walked all over the city. Would stay here again, for sure."

"silverfish in the bathroom, tv almost non-functional, cheap and dirty, smelly, no staff, for 1 night it is ok if you get in the room before dark. 25-30 mins away from the Rathaus. if on a budget you can risk one night. otherwise better options in other hotels."
