Spacious and clean room, cot was provided. Very friendly staff! Great play areas for kids. Sadly the restaurant, Das Kulinarium, was closed and their own buffet could be improved on. Overall we had a really nice stay!

I've stayed here several times and like its modernity, comfort, waterside location and easy access to Havencity and the city centre. My visit on this occasion, however, was marred by construction work being undertaken outside my room which from around 7.45am was quite noisy.

Breakfast below average for a 4 star hotel. Visit instead bake and soda next door for breakfast. Comfortable beds. Large room. Quiet. Subway very close. Staff speaks very poorly English. And whenever we have written to them prior to arrival (in English) they always reply in German which we consider to be not so friendly.

Small rooms, great location

Even though this hotel is a bit outside of the downtown area it is fairly quiet from outside noise. It's about a 7-minute walk from an EDEKA and an ALDI and it's right off one of the subway stations (S4, I believe). The staff was also friendly and the rooms were clean. Since this place is a bit more isolated, no restaurants are nearby. Also, we were in Hamburg during the weekend, so it was a bit noisy in our room with people (and kids) stomping around on the floor above us. I think on any other weekday the hotel would've been quieter, but that would be the only thing I'd complain about. Still a solid choice for a hotel

Phone in room didn’t work so had to go to reception to order room service (room service menu was placed in my room). I was told at reception that room service wasn’t available and I’d have to go to the buffet area instead. No restaurants around the hotel so no choice but to use the buffet.

Bring earplugs. There is an air condition unit in the flats. You can try to put it in sleep mode, but there is a constant rather annoying hum regardless. I suspect it's the air condition from the adjacent rooms. In either case, the staff said that it's normal, and we couldn't have muted it entirely by any means. Otherwise, the room was good. Bring earplugs.

Super Lage direkt an der U-Bahnstation. Frühstück mit 24€ deutlich zu teuer, es gibt in der Nähe gute Restaurants und Cafés. Tolle Aussicht auf den Hafen, sehr freundliches Personal und für Kinder tolle Spielmöglichkeiten. Leider benötigen die Zimmer mehr Aufmerksamkeit, Türen schon stark abgeschrammt, Dichtungen der Dusche herausgerissen und liegen einfach in der Dusche. Alles in allem gut, aber mit Verbesserungspotential bei den genannten Dingen.
