"They sent us check in instruction stating that we do not need to call them. To just arrive between check in time. We got there and we were not allowed to check in. The guard was asking for clearance certificate from the owner of the property in which i dont have and not aware off. So this was a total waste of money and time not to mention the stressed they've caused us. "

"No hot water , bedsheets not clean not enough sheets to cover floor rollaway foam mattresses. Unable to contact owners for the security deposit s.they promised to return and give copy for permits in and out the complex but none received .Zyrus Conception was the owners confidant never came back as promised to avail upon checkout and return our deposits never showed up."

"The staff go out of their way to be nice to everyone. I would recommend this hotel. I would also recommend to lessen the buffet options and bring down the charge for lunch and dinner. Not a lot of guests eat like that with a price to match. Overall, the hotel is grand as it should be with perhaps a change in carpet in heavy traffic areas like hallways and function rooms. The hotel is iconic so overall, I would stay here again. And recommend that you do so too!!!"
