"Place was difficult to find. The direction led to the back of the building where there was no signage so you aren't sure if you are at the right place. You then have to climb up 5 storeys to reach the front to enter the building to check in. All this while lugging your luggage! Also cleanliness or orderliness was not a priority. After an awkward minute on the phone they hung up, but a few minutes later I finally got instructions on how to get inside.
