Great hotel all round, handy location from metro and walking to some main sights. Shops, restaurants and super markets nearby. Clean room, very comfortable bed (the pillows were amazing), bottles of water provided every day, tea and coffee in the room. Great selection at breakfast for both Asian and Western tastes. All staff were really friendly. The only improvement for me would be to speedup the elevator..... it takes ages to arrive.

Great location hotel needs a deep clean

Staff and service are very good. Breakfast is OK. Housekeeping so so because I noticed the dirt without that killed over a few days, plus I noticed that the bathroom door rubber is mouldy, I think there needs to be a checking on the bathroom shower door. Location wise it suits me well because of three lines subway exit 4 right outside of the hotel. But please bear in mind that you will need to walk quite far 5min inside the subway in order to get to the different lines, also there are no elevators inside so if you have a huge suitcase, it will be a lot of carrying up and dial at least two flights of stairs. Airport transportation is convenient because airport bus number 6702 stop is right outside the hotel, but please spare at least 90 minutes if you are taking the bus to Icheon airport because there’s another 45 minutes of stopping at many hotels before heading to the airport.

The room was not cleaned during our 4-night stay, except on the last day, when we removed the sign from our bed. We thought the sign meant we didn't need to change the bed linen daily, but we didn't expect it also meant our bed wouldn't be tidied. It was convenient to have the coin-operated laundry facilities in the hotel's basement. The buffet breakfast was pretty meh. Glad we decided not to include it in our booking and only went there on our last morning there. The food choices are standard. And the staff will make sure you leave the breakfast hall at 10 am on the dot, as that is when they say they will close. Closing time = no more guests in the dining area, not just the kitchen's. So you need to make sure to time it well before you go. The staff were kind enough to let us extend our stay for 30 minutes when we asked in the morning. We will be charged 11,000 KRW if we want to stay for an extra hour. Pretty strict.

After I checked in, they handed over a paper informing me that the hotel had some works ongoing. That’s ok, except that they start the works at 07am. That’s not ok. Breakfast stops serving at 09:30 which in my opinion is too early. 10:00 is standard. They only have two lifts for the whole building. It takes a while to go up and down. They should at least have three for this type of building. You cannot set the aircon. It’s fixed. For me it was too hot but impossible to set it.

清潔な部屋、細やかな配慮、とても満足でした。ロビーにwowpass の機械があるのも便利です。立地は最高でタクシーも呼びやすいです。地下鉄のエレベーターの真ん前なのですが、5段ほど階段があるので、空港からくる人で大きいトランクの場合は、タクシーがバスが良いかもしれません。
