"We stayed for 5 nights and it was fantastic. Big thanks to Samuel at the front desk for making it extra special. Room was extremely comfortable - shower and bathroom super clean. Spa was nice during the cold of the winter. Included breakfast was very good but could have used a little bit more variety. Service was solid - whenever we ordered anything, it arrived minutes later. And location is unbeatable - walking distance to everything and trains readily available a block away. "

"The hotel is super well situated if you are using the train, a few minutes from the station. Also, the Basel card for the public transport was very much appreciated and used. Tram stops right in front of the hotel. We arrived around 10am from a transatlantic flight and was given our room right away, which was so nice. Staff is very nice and helpful not only at the reception, but in the restaurant for breakfast as well. Room was nice and clean. Would stay here again if in Basel."

"Location was great! It was close to everything we needed and wanted to see. The staff were welcoming when we arrived, helpful storing our luggage and calling a taxi when we were ready to leave. The food was good and the breakfast buffet was excellent. "
