If you want a fancy hotel that will charge you a fortune, this is not the place for you. But if you want a hotel that's very well located (5 minutes by bus from the airport), lovely staff, always friendly and happy to help, great food, with easy free public transport to the centre of town, this is your place. We couldn't be happier with our choice of a hotel and I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay especially the clean rooms and wonderful breakfast buffet. It was a convenient place to stay before we departed on a river cruise from Basel. The staff was very friendly and didn’t mind speaking English. The casino was a fun distraction and there was an ATM machine that made it easy to get cash before embarking on our cruise. Unfortunately, the hotel’s shuttle was not available when we arrived at the airport even after calling two days in advance and calling again from the airport as we were instructed by the hotel. The taxi fare for the short ride from the airport to the hotel was very expensive given the distance of only 4.2 km / 2.6 mi.

Perfect airport hotel.

This hotel never disappoints!!! Friendly staff always willing to go the extra mile have stayed multiple times with work and I will continue to do so. The shuttle service is fantastic and the food is tip top !!!

Airport Basel is slightly outside downtown but there is transportation and buses to get to downtown. Breakfast was good with options and Dominick from the reception was of great help. He guided us well on options.

It was great to be provided with a transit pass and given some direction ideas regarding dining + shopping. It was nice to be able to open the window in the room. The feather pillow was very shallow and totally flat once laid on.

Love this Hotel

Very clean and modern airport hotel with: easy parking, free shuttle service, bus passes offered at the front desk, very nice staff, excellent breakfast, and spacious well appointed rooms. Love this hotel. If you want to go to downtown Basel it’s just a 2 min walk to the #50 bus to the train station. If the put coffee in the rooms it would be perfect! Have fun!

Airport was a great location for our early flight in the morning. Bus stop was right across the street directly to the airport. Nice bar and restaurant on site.
