"We stayed at this property for two nights and absolutely loved it! The location was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of our Japan trip. Everything we needed was conveniently located in one place, so you really can’t go wrong with this property. The amenities were next-level, and the attention to detail truly stood out. Having travelled quite a bit, I was genuinely impressed by the breakfast buffet, especially the dedicated counter with food options for babies — such a thoughtful and family-friendly touch that I haven’t come across at other properties. Overall, an outstanding stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan!"

"Stunning grounds, comfortable rooms, slightly outdated decor. Unfortunately I couldn’t get coffee in the morning until restaurants were open. Would be nice to have free coffee and tea at early morning. Food in Japaneese restaurant was really overpriced for the quality of dishes ."

"We booked an excellency room to enjoy a private onsen. The room was wonderful with 2 beds and tatami mats for the kids. The couch that looks out over the bay is a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed a drink in the lounge, dinner in the restaurant, and also the breakfast buffet. Staff were wonderful. The private onsen was very relaxing too. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel."
