The staff was incredibly helpful. A colleague left his headphones in the room, and they had them delivered to us in Phnom Penh within two days and at no charge. I don't see any reason to ever book anywhere else when I or my colleagues travel to Siem Reap."

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the INCREDIBLE staff. Kim, Pisean, and the entire team made us feel as though we were the only guests there. They took the time to learn our names, thoughtfully addressed every question and request, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Two of our friends were staying at a nearby hotel and would occasionally stop by before we headed out for the day. Impressively, the staff even took the time to learn their names and warmly welcomed them each time. By the end of our trip, all four of us agreed that this is exactly where we’ll stay on our next visit to Siem Reap. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would! "
