"The room AC didn’t work for two nights and was fixed only on the third day. This is in high humidity 95+ (fahrenheit) heat where it’s best to come to the hotel to relax in the afternoon. The front desk staff was not sympathetic at all, not immediately offering to give another room for the night, exactly opposite of the attitude expected from someone in the hospitality industry. And then there was a cockroach in the room."

Great location, close to everything but on a quieter street. Pick up from airport was perfect. Very reasonable price, we recommend 100%!"
