"Stayed for 3 days with my family, we enjoyed the facility and the staff was friendly. The only thing is the pool on the main level closes at 6 or 7pm. The rooftop pool closes at 12am but it was not kid friendly in my opinion. More a younger adult only crowd and it’s a small space. Overall had a good experience and would recommend this hotel."

"Everything was AMAZING. The breakfast was delicious with so many options and typical Colombian dishes. The hotel amenities looked like they were pulled from a painting. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Literally no complaints; hands down the best hotel in Cartagena!!!!"

"Free breakfast with a variety of pastries, fruit and change in daily breakfast offerings of eggs, pancakes and breakfast meats. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was friendly. While the pool was small, it was kept clean and you were able to order drinks and food. The rooftop was a great place to see the sunset. The location of the hotel was great, a quick watch to the beach or around the neighborhood to several restaurants. Catching an uber was very easy. The hotel was also a short distance to most activities. "
