"Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"

"The apartment is ideally located, with shops and restaurants within easy reach. The promenade du Anglais is minutes away, as well as local transportation, with the tram stop 2 blocks away. A good security system separates the apartments from local residents. The apartment was bright and clean, with a comfortable bed, good shower and blackout curtains. "Nice and convenient hotel located on the beach front. The hotel is close to the tram stop which made exploring Nice quite easy. You had to pay to use the beach club and sun loungers which I personally think should be included in the price of the stay rather than an optional add on. The pool area was nice but could get a little crowded during busy periods in the day. The rooftop bar was lovely and restaurant food was good. Overall I would recommend this hotel."

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel with our two children. It is perfectly situated in the downtown area and the view of the cathedral is stunning. You are close to restaurants, cafes, luxury shopping, parks, and much more. The beach is a simple and straight 15 minute walk. The breakfast included was also delicious. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit snug, but they are cozy and we didn’t plan on spending much time inside anyway. Don’t hesitate to book it!"

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff quickly accommodated my special requests. I would rate the staff 10/10. I felt safe as a solo traveler.
