I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach, making it easy to enjoy the stunning coastline whenever I wanted. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their helpfulness really made my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

First time visit

If you love outdoor, the hotel is walking distance to the promenade. We use the hotel only to rest as most of the time we are out. Do not expect a very high end accommodation with amenities. The hotel offers the proximity to anywhere you want to go around the city centre. I gave A+ to Yashid in the reception for having a customer service attitude that is splendid.

I liked that almost everything was within walking distance. Walked to the train station, the beach, the airport tram. No hot water when I arrived but was quickly fixed. New AC system. Friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again.

This hotel is close to tram station (Alsacia&Lorraine) so It is easy to get from the Airport. It is just 3 block away from the beach. You can take a run in the morning at the long promenade. It have a small restaurant that I didn't use since there are plenty restaurants around the Hotel. Room and bathroom clean. Room service every day. Staff very friendly.

Everything was good . The only thing that i didnt like was the shower ! 2x2 literally , so if you are a big person , stay away of this hotel . 2 blocks away from the beach and many restaurantes around .

The hotel is rather dated and not in the best area despite being a short walk to the beach. My room looked nothing like any of the pictures. The shower was barely big enough for me to stand in. The place had a 'motel' feel, not a nice hotel feel.

we were "upgraded" to a handicapped room. the bathroom smelled of sewage, the hot water, was only hot for a while and the bathroom was unheated. the hotel tried to remove the smell, it does not succeed. and we got a new room which worked fine, still with a cold bathroom. Why do you give guests a sewer smelling room? Not good enough
