I’ve stay with them for 3 days i loved them soo much I booked with them for two more days lol they are VERY clean the room is beautiful and they are in a very convenient location where all the restaurants and attractions are me and my kids are having a blast the staff.. oh the staff at the desk are AWESOME the rooms are beautiful "

"I would absolutely not ever go to this hotel again. Firstly it is spring break cheerleading competition weekend there are family come from all parts of the U.S. we go to the pool that is cold not heated with no Jacuzzi but we didn't care because the kids wanted to have fun, well at 930 we get noise complaint we're being to loud. No one was yelling or screaming , secondly pool is open it's spring break in Saturday. the rooms are terrible , no blankets or towels than get attitude when I ask for some . The maintenance guy was trying to poke his head in our room when bringing the towels up. Giving me attitude while asking where are blankets he says I never asked for them when I did because I also questioned about a cot . But w.e. brings back sheets not blankets . Free breakfast is not free , read the small print you must pay for adult. Yeah I'm not happy with the stay, the staff was extremely rude and made you feel super uncomfortable while you were there. I won't be going back I'll pay the few extra dollars to not deal with this crap"
