"The staff was wonderful, polite, and had the willingness to help. Our room was clean. The breakfast isn't complimentary, you will have to pay for it. "

"We arrived around midnight and the check-in process went smoothly at first. However, things quickly went downhill once we got to the room. As soon as we entered, there was a strong smell of humidity and mold. To make matters worse, we found cockroaches in the room. We were moved to another room, but unfortunately, the issues continued. The television was not working, and when we went to shower, the towels had hair on them. The bedsheets were also somewhat stained, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. Although the air conditioning was working, it made a very loud and annoying noise throughout the night. Overall, the place felt questionable and poorly maintained. I would not recommend staying here."

"Pool was nice.. arcade eeh.. rooms booo our bed was hard and not a queen… as an inspector I’ve visited my share of four point Sheraton hotels and this one was underwhelming it just seemed old and more motelish.. distance was the best part along with transportation to universal.. but the resort sharks in the lobby are pretty annoying… breakfast was pricey for the options you got but good none the less overall if you need a place to sleep then book .. if you care for aesthetics then don’t. "
